Innovation is the key to success in this competitive world, and we focus our energies on the innovation of the existing resources to elevate the performance in such a manner that minimum burden is exerted on the environment. When we decided to enter the construction industry, we saw the big boom in the market. Since then, we have built a name for ourselves and continuously climbed the ladder with dedication, morals, and ethics.

The management of GEMC dedication to quality and efficient management are second to none in the construction industry in the UAE. GEMC takes all necessary measure to ensure all employees are safe from injury whilst working at all our work sites. We make sure all work practices and procedures adopted at the workplace comply with the Acts, Regulations, Code of Practice & Guidelines governing Occupational Health & Safety Act. Those employees holding supervision posts are trained to exercise strictest safety measures and to promptly report any hazards / accidents to the management. All employees, therefore in their own interest are obligated to strictly adhere to health & safety provisions. Finally our aim is to integrate the management of occupational health and safety with the management of all other major functions of the company.
